WHERE CAN I FIND A MICROCOSM IN ASIA?
Hologram Electronics is not supplying dealers in Asia with Microcosm at this time. For the foreseeable future, the only way to get a Microcosm in Asia is to order directly through our web store.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE A MICROCOSM DELIVERED TO ASIA?
Our web store automatically calculates all necessary import duties/taxes required for a package to clear customs. For most countries, these import taxes are roughly 19% of the price of the pedal. Distributors often transfer these costs onto the buyer, so the final price ends up being comparable. Once initiating the checkout process in our web store (but before payment is collected), you will be given your exact total.
We collect a $50 USD shipping fee for all international orders. We ship via DHL Express, and orders typically arrive in 3-5 days once shipped.
Note: for a select few countries, we may not be able to pay import duties on your behalf. In these cases, we do not collect import taxes at checkout, and we will deliver duties unpaid. For more information regarding this, see our International Customs Notice.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY PACKAGE OR PEDAL?
If there are any complications that arise in the process of shipping, be it a damaged/lost package, Hologram Electronics support will take care of it. If VAT charges were collected at checkout, you will not be responsible for paying any additional charges at customs.
All of our pedals come with a 1-year factory warranty that covers manufacturing defects. In the event a warranty claim needs to be filed and a Microcosm needs repair/inspection, we cover all the costs of shipping, both to and from our shop.
